I presumed it to described all the points that both sides of the lawsuit agree to be factual, since "uncontroverted" means, in my country at least, undisputed. However, counsel advises that this is not the case in Jurisprudenceland and that certainly the GSA, among others, would likely take exception to the points stated. No matter. >I< believe them. Marcia wouldn't lie.
